According to the summer assessment calendar (Bina eye Hospital summer program) on 24 July, All standards related to Human Resource management were evaluated by the internal assessment team of the hospital. (With one week delay coordinated before) 

Below standards was cheeked:

-          Documentation of quantitative and qualitative estimation of human resources in clinical and non-clinical units

-          Allocate forces according to the workload at each turn

-          Documentation of the description duties for any occupation or organizational post and the conditions for obtaining organizational posts

-          The list of qualified persons for each unit and the way of qualification of employment and determination of the scope of work competence

-          Succession flowcharts and instructions for transferring knowledge and experience

-          Results of the assessment of conformity of job description

-          The educational, knowledge, skills and experience requirements for the appointment of managers

-          A review of the internal regulations of the hospital communicated to the staff

-          Examining the instructions for protecting the physics of personnel records and protecting the confidentiality of the information contained

-          The results of the identified strengths and weaknesses of staff in evaluations carried out

-          Results of staff satisfaction from the hospital every 6 months

-          A report on the recommendations and opinions of the staff that was created at the hospital site and appreciating plan for top suggestions.

-          Prediction of the welfare, cultural and recreational facilities of the staff and the evaluation of performance indicators.

-          The results of preventive and educational programs for health promotion of employees in the field of physical activity, tobacco and healthy nutrition and documentation of the effectiveness of programs.

-          Documentation on the identification and forecasting of occupational accident insurance in hazardous occupations and civil liability insurance of employees

-          Workers' completed PDPs (personal development plan) and annual training program for physicians and staff

-          Reviewing the minutes of the executive team and confirming the annual training program of the staff

-          And etc. …


The report of the results of the assessment will send to committee members electronically and at the next executive team meeting will be reviewed.
