Holding Medical records Committee led by Dr.Jadidi was held on Sunday 16 July 2018. With 10 days delay Due to the Ministry of Health evaluation.

Initially, a review of the last minutes was made. The percentage of approvals and the effectiveness of the approvals was evaluated.

Then, considering that the agenda was informed to members of the committee before meeting, there was discussion and review through collective wisdom.

Some commands of the committee includes:

1- Monitoring of national medical records indicators monitoring report (spring)

2- Report of the secretary of the meeting on the extent of solving the problems of space and structural problems of the unit

3- A comprehensive report on monitoring the registration of patient's identity and demographic information in a case and examining the existing problems

4- Report on monitoring, registration and updating of relevant data in the system of statistics and information management (AVAB)
