Holding the Health Information Management Committee on 09/07/2020

The Health Information Management Committee, chaired by Dr. Jadidi, was held on Monday, 09/07/2020, from 12:15 to 13:15 in the presence of members.

At the beginning of the meeting, the secretary of the meeting, Ms. Yeganeh, reviewed the approvals of the previous meeting and raised the issues that needed to be approved by the committee. The most important issues raised at the meeting are as follows:

1- The secretary of the meeting referred to the qualitative reviews of the files and the continuation of the cooperation of the physicians in this matter was considered.

2- The secretary of the meeting presented a report on the destruction of medical records in accordance with the instructions of the Ministry of Health, which was scheduled to conduct a management visit to the current and stagnant archives during the next week.

3- Coordinating the meeting with the relevant his company, which is necessary for the necessary coordination to be done by the information technology unit and to be announced to the hospital management.
